   First Friday Reception: December 4, 5-8pm

   Josh Simpson whose Aurora Borealis: Glass Art Show back in October

   has prompted  Barnstone to invite Josh for a meet and greet as well

   as book signing.  Come with questions for Josh about his one-of-a-kind

   work.  We will also be running DVD's where Josh demonstrates his talents.

    Meet the Artists Reception: Friday, June 5, 6-9pm

    Featuring: Timothy Fitzgerald, Joe Gorman, Eileen Kennedy,

    Bruce Kravetz, Robert Mand, Cheryl Quick and Peter Smyth   

    These seven photographers were selected by juror Alida Fish to participate in

    this photography exhibition.  All works represent Contemporary Life in America,

    each uniquely defining this broad theme.

    1st Friday Reception: Friday, May 1, 6-9pm

    From her studio in Naperville, Illinois, Laurie Pollpeter Eskenazi creates

    nostalgic beauty in works of clay. Her pallet is lush and vibrant with intricate

    detail and whimsy. By layering impressions of old buttons, shells, antique

    lace and vintage textiles, Laurie gives her pieces a non-manicured look,

    distinguished by a feminine, playful touch.

    Meet the Artist Reception: Friday, April 3, 6-9pm

    Philadelphia artist, Michael Bartmann’s unique landscapes utilize drafted lines

    juxtaposed with chaotic brush strokes of atmosphere.  His layering process

    goes back and forth from construction to deconstruction and is visible in each

    final piece, inviting the viewer to roam throughout each painting.

    Dennis Haggerty: Inspired by Taos

   

    Meet the Artist Reception: Friday, February 6, 6-9pm

    Dennis Haggerty continually studies the American Southwest and paints

    highly expressive renderings of the Western skies. His sunsets capture

    the spell bounding quality of light over mountain ranges. These semi

    abstract paintings of “skyscapes” often feature blazing dusk or dusk ruddy
