   We Weigh the Same by Judeth Pekala Hawkins, Oil on Canvas

   Artist Reception: October 7th, 5-8  

   In Judeth’s newest body of work, she builds on the figurative narratives

   of her earlier paintings and enhances them with imagery pulled from nature. 

   She creates intimacy and depth by layering patterns, adding shadows and

   mirroring reflected images inviting viewers on a serene journey through

   the visual puzzles she’s created.
